First Class Free!!
Boot Camp: Half an hour cardio kickboxing and half an hour of various circuit/interval training which includes weights, cardio equipment, etc.
Cardio Smash Up: A 60 minute class covering all the bases! Strength, Core, Cardio and Flexibility.
The Grind: One hour of fast paced high energy kickboxing mostly body weight exercises combined with boxing – plenty of cardio in this class.
Barbell Body Pump: This class is all free weights with barbells. Plenty of reps great for toning and strengthening. No cardioboxing.
Cardio Barre: All the benefits of John and Kelly's signature workout plus a little extra kick in the pants!!!!
Cardio Kickboxing: Slower paced kickboxing class geared more towards the technical aspects of boxing and teaching proper punches and kicks.
Cardio Jam: It's the weekend and time to work off all the stress!... A movement class designed to lift your spirits and free your soul!
Sculpt Fiction: Half cardio-kickboxing and half free weights.
G.Barre: John and Kelly's signature full body workout. Endurance, muscle fatigue and flexibility, to achieve a strong core and supported joints.
Yoga/Barre/Pilates: One full hour class of a fusion between yoga, barre and pilates.
Weights & Intervals: A combination of weight lifting and circuit training. No boxing in this class.
Kid's Kickboxing & Boot Camp: Kids will go though miscellaneous fun exercises plus they will be taught the fundamental of kickboxing. Ages listed on schedule page.
Knockout - An energetic cardio shadow boxing class using light hand weights to achieve maximum upper body toning
Power Barre - A challenging 45 minute class using plyometrics and the principles of the Barre class to really target the lower body.
First Class is Free!!!
All fitness levels, ages, and sizes are welcome. We have modified exercises for everyone.
