Boot Camp: Half an hour cardio kickboxing and half an hour of various circuit/interval training which includes weights, cardio equipment, etc. The Grind: One hour of fast paced high energy kickboxing mostly body weight exercises combined with boxing – plenty of cardio in this class.
Cardio Kickboxing: Slower paced kickboxing class geared more towards the technical aspects of boxing and teaching proper punches and kicks.
Sculpt Fiction: Half cardio-kickboxing and half free weights.
Yoga/Barre/Pilates: One full hour class of a fusion between yoga, barre and pilates.
Zumba: Body sculpting movements with Latin style dance steps.
Weights & Intervals: A combination of weight lifting and circuit training. No boxing in this class.
