Certified Group Trainer
The new studio we added to gym is ready!
Starting in December Barre/Pilates/Yoga class will be 9:30am Monday, 1:00pm Wednesday, and 6:30pm Thursday.
Classes will be taught by Lisa.
Boot Camp: Half an hour cardio kickboxing and half an hour of various circuit/interval training which includes weights, cardio equipment, etc. The Grind: One hour of fast paced high energy kickboxing mostly body weight exercises combined with boxing – plenty of cardio in this class. Cardio Kickboxing: Slower paced kickboxing class geared more towards the technical aspects of boxing and teaching proper punches and kicks.
First Class is Free!!!
All fitness levels, ages, and sizes are welcome. We have modified exercises for everyone.
Current Get Some Fitness members are losing weight and bodyfat.
Come join us and experience the same results!
We track your progress by taking measurements & body fat percentage. We monitor your diet & hold you accountable for exercising each week. We make sure every workout is different, challenging, and fun.We will not yell at you but will use positive criticism if you are not giving 100% effort.

A lot cheaper than personal training. With group training we are able to keep the prices low. Averaging under $10 per class compared to the average $50 per hour for a personal trainer.
