Boot Camp Series

The Boot Camp Series is a co-ed group training experience that will work the body while cleansing the mind and soul of stress and tension. All classes include great music, cardio fitness, core, and full body exercises.  It’s about the music, fun, and challenging yourself!

Skill Level: All Skill Levels

Barre, Box/Barre, & Cardio Barre Series

The BARRE Series is also known as the Booty Maker and is set to great music. You’ll start with a warm up and sequence of upper-body exercises, which include free weights, push-ups, planks and other moves to target the biceps, triceps, chest, and back muscles. Then, you’ll use the ballet barre and your own body weight for resistance to focus on the thigh and seat muscles.

Sculptfiction Series (Sculpt & Tone)

The Sculptfiction Series is a lighter version of The Grind mixing in free weights and barbells to tone your body. You’ll work your core, mind, and strengthen your reflexes while building your endurance. Develop the inner and outer strength to tackle anything that lies in front of you.

Skill Level: Intermediate

The Grind Series (Endurance & Strength)

The Grind Series is a fast, high-energy endurance test to the best Hip Hop and Rap music. In any real fight the last fighter standing will be the one with the greatest endurance. The Grind was built to test your mental strength to keep going even when you think you can’t. We would proudly put the workout and music up against any endurance test in the country. Come see how much you can really grind it out.

Skill Level: Advanced

Barbell Series

Barbell Series is a high energy class that utilizes weights to sculpt, tone, and strengthen the entire body.

Averaging between 12-1400 reps, your cardio and strength will improve no matter what your fitness level.

Skill Level: All Skill Levels

Weights & Circuits

The Weights & Circuits Series is a full body workout with a combination of free weights and cardio circuits. Featuring TRX, battle ropes, kettle bells, and more. Never the same workout twice and always fun! No boxing gloves needed.

Team Training

Get Some Fitness has been training sports teams for many years. We train a variety of teams in different sports such as hockey, soccer, softball, baseball, tennis, volleyball, etc. Our main focus in sports specific training is strength, cardio, core, agility, and team morale.
