LEARN THE MOVES
Spend some time at home learning the moves. It helps to setup a mirror as well.

1.) Keeping your feet apart with a slight athletic bend in the knees. Get in a position that feels comfortable for YOU.
2.) Keep the weight off of your heels and toward your toes.
3.) Keep your elbows up!
4.) Punch to the beat! Even if you’re making smaller punches. It’s more fun and when you’re on the beat it keeps you going even when you’re tired!
You will feel lost at first but be patient and use the scroll bar to rewind parts until you get them. You will gradually get better every time you use the video. More importantly, you will burn A LOT of calories while having fun in the process as you get better each time!
25 minutes of cardio shadow boxing (no gloves), 25 minutes weights, and 10 minutes of core training.
Recommended equipment: 1 Barbell and 1 set of dumbbells (free weights). Go light on the weight you will be doing a lot of reps. Optional: Ab wheel. If you don’t have an Ab Wheel do crunches or sit ups during this set.
For a quick cardio blast with no equipment do the first 25 minutes only.
