STREAM 24 HOUR TRIAL

You can take the 4 classes below with World Class Instructors as many times as you would like for the next 24 hours.


SCULPTFICTION

25 minutes of cardio shadow boxing (no gloves), 25 minutes weights, and 10 minutes of core training.

Recommended equipment: 1 Barbell and 1 set of dumbbells (free weights). Go light on the weight you will be doing a lot of reps. Optional: Ab wheel. If you don’t have an Ab Wheel do crunches or sit ups during this set.

For a quick cardio blast with no equipment do the first 25 minutes only.


THE GRIND

Welcome to hell.

50 minutes of cardio shadowboxing (no gloves) and 10 minutes of core training. Be patient and learn the moves you are being taught. They will transform your body.


WEIGHT TRAINING

A personal training experience led by legendary Instructor Christopher Allen a.k.a. “ICE”.

45 minutes of weight training and 15 minutes of core training. You’ll be using your body weight as a tool as well as weights and a band. This class will tone and strengthen your body.

Recommended equipment: 1 Barbell, 1 set of dumbbells (free weights), and a blue or red band. Go light on the weights you will be doing a lot of reps.


BARRE INTENSITY

Lower body and upper body movements that will wreck your shit.

Recommended but not necessary equipment: 1 set of light dumbbells (free weights) and a blue or red band.
