What do I do when my Get Some Package expires?

Your Get Some session packs never expire. If your session pack shows an expiration the front desk will extend it at your request.

Member Passes renew each month on the same day of the month you bought the pass (see details in your account section of the app). You can then re-purchase the same or new package/ pass.

UPGRADING PASSES

(Example) I purchased the 6 session pass and used it up in 3 week and I want to keep coming. Do I have to pay for drop ins or buy a pack to come in the meantime?

No, on the day of your next class (your 7th class in this example), call or ask the front desk to terminate your existing 6 session pass (no fee). Then, purchase the 8, 10, or unlimited pass.

This way, you’ll maintain your member pass discount and get an overall lower price per class. Keep in mind your renewal date will adjust with the new purchase.

BILLING

When am I charged?

When you sign up and purchase your Get Some Pass, your first pass cycle will be billed immediately.

Will my billing reoccur?

When you purchase your Get Some Pass, you authorize us to charge you a monthly fee at the current rate. Any increases in the current rate will be communicated via email with 1 months notice after your initial 6 month billing cycle. We will inform you by e-mail or other form of communication.

Can I get a refund?

Please be aware that we do not offer refunds on class packs or merchandise. We’re happy to offer account credit or exchange in-store.
Class passes are not transferable, nor are they refundable.

TERMINATING MY PASS

How do I terminate my Get Some Pass?

You are responsible for terminating your own billing cycle by logging into your online account, selecting ‘my packages’ and selecting “end contact”. Please note the “no refunds” policy.

Can I terminate my Get Some Pass?
